If someone looks like they are going to fall, forget your Nursing training.  If you brace their fall it is still reportable on the claim as a G code.  If you tackle them however.......not a fall

You've already invested time and money in your patient satisfaction survey.  However you may not be optimizing the use of this feedback.  What areas of your ASC’s operations need to be improved?  How do you determine what will have the most impact on not only your patient satisfaction scores, but patient loyalty?   How do you get your staff engaged?  Are there ways to increase response rates?  If patient surveying is an accreditation requirement, why not ensure optimal value and insight?
