Thank you for registering for ASCA 2012. We are looking forward to seeing you in Dallas, May 9-12! With almost 60 breakout sessions, in-depth general sessions featuring industry experts, and plenty of networking opportunities, ASCA 2012 promises to be one of our best yet.
PICK UP YOUR BADGE & CONFERENCE MATERIALS
Simply bring your ID to the ASCA 2012 Registration desk located adjacent to the Longhorn Exhibit Hall on Level 1, in the hotel’s convention center.

HOW DO I GET TO THE HOTEL FROM THE AIRPORT:
The Gaylord Texan Hotel and Convention Center is located about 15 minutes from the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). Taxi/Cab service is approximately $25.00 one-way. Alternatively, Super Shuttle offers rides beginning at $12 per person from DFW. Book online or call 1-800-258-3826.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Business casual dress is recommended. Average weather in Dallas ranges from 80-90 degrees during the day and 65 - 75 degrees at night. Check out the 10 day forecast. Regulating temperatures inside the Convention Center can be challenging! We suggest dressing in layers – meeting session rooms are often a little chilly. Jeans, cowboy hats and boots are welcome at the Circle R Ranch for our social event on Friday evening!
SYLLABUS
This year we offered you the choice of syllabus format when you registered – in a print book or on a flash drive. When you pick up your registration materials you will be provided one or the other.
HANDOUTS ONLINE
Handouts are available online for ASCA 2012 attendees to view and print before the meeting. Just log into ASCA Connect and click “Log in to see members only content.” You will be prompted to enter your email address and password. Once you are logged in, click on the “Communities” tab in the navigation bar. Click on the green “Join” button to join the “ASCA 2012 Annual Meeting” community. Once you have joined the community, click the “Library” tab. The handouts are organized in folders by date and time. (Note: If this is your first time logging in, your initial password is your last name, case sensitive. Once you log in the first time, you will be prompted to change your password to something more secure. If you receive an error message such as “Multiple accounts matched this email address,” please email support@ascassociation.org.)
