Pre-registration is now closed, but on-site registration will be up and running beginning at 8 am on Wednesday, May 9th. The ASCA 2012 Registration Desk is located adjacent to the Longhorn Exhibit Hall on Level 1, in the Gaylord Texan’s convention center.

We are happy to offer the same registration fees as last year! Your registration fee includes all educational sessions offered Thursday through Saturday, May 10 – 12, receptions on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, continental breakfast on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, the exhibit hall lunch on Thursday, Friday’s Luncheon, and the social event on Friday evening. The pre-meeting workshops require a fee, as do the optional tours.

Additional Tickets:
Each registration (including guest registration) includes one ticket to Friday's Celebration Luncheon and Friday evening's Social Event. If you would like to purchase additional tickets, you can do so when you register or add it to your registration later.
Member Discounts: ASCA members can take advantage of the lowest registration fees available. If your facility is not currently a member but would like to join to take advantage of the reduced fees, please contact ASCA's Membership Department.
Early Registration: Register by April 7 and save $100 on your registration fee!
Multi-Attendee: ASCA’s Facility members who send more than one employee can enjoy additional savings. Pay full price for the first registrant, $100 less for the 2nd, and $200 less for the 3rd or more. This discount only applies to ASCA Facility Members and to be eligible for the discount, all registrants must be employed by the same ASC. The ASC must be an ASCA member and all registrations must be received at the same time, from the same address, and be covered under one payment. When registering online, use the “Register Group” option.
Corporate: Corporate discounts are available for those ASCA Corporate Members who register 10 or more attendees. This discount can be applied to corporate staff, individual ASC staff and physician owners. To receive the 10% discount on registration fees you must register and pay for attendees at the same time and by April 7, 2011. Please fill out a Corporate Registration Form for each of your attendees and send them to ASCA with single payment. Please note that additional attendees from your corporation submitted separately from your group are not eligible for the discount. The Guest Registration is reserved for spouses/guests who are not involved in the ASC industry in any way. The $150 fee allows the guest to attend all meal functions, the social event, and visit the Exhibit Hall. Guests cannot attend the educational sessions and are ineligible for continuing education credits. All guest registrations must be accompanied by a regular registration.
Can’t attend? Someone from your facility can come in your place. Substitutions can be made at no additional charge through April 7. After that date, a $50 administrative fee will be charged. All requests must be made in writing and sent via email or fax. Click here to download a Registration Change Form. Please email or fax this form to the Meetings Department: registration@ascassociation.org or fax: 703-836-2090.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the ASCA Meetings Department via email (registration@ascassociation.org), by fax: 703-836-2090 or by mail: 1012 Cameron Street, Alexandria, VA 22314. Through April 7, refunds will be given minus a $50 administrative fee. From April 8 through April 27, refunds will be given minus a $150 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after April 27. If someone from your group registration must cancel, the refund will be made on the lowest registration fee paid by any member of the group, minus the administrative fee as outlined above.
Please note that no refunds are issued for the pre-meeting workshops, optional tours, or additional tickets purchased.
Online: If you would like to view your registration, print a receipt, add a guest, workshop, tour, or buy additional tickets to the Social Event or Celebration Luncheon, you can do this online. Just log in to ASCA Connect using your email address and last name (case-sensitive, use upper case first letter). Choose “My Account” and then “My Transactions” from the navigation links on the left. Click “View” next to ASCA 2012, and then click on the event and choose the “Add Workshops/Tours” option.
Fax: The other way to change your existing registration is to complete the Registration Change Form and fax it to the Meetings Department at 703-836-2090.
