Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted via the online Registration Cancellation form. Through April 17, 2023 refunds will be given minus a $150 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after April 17, 2023. If you registered as part of a group and the entire group must cancel, one cancellation request per individual is required.

If you registered as part of a group with the multi-attendee discount, the refund will be made on the lowest registration fee paid minus the administrative fee. If the entire group must cancel, one cancellation request per person is required.

If the in-person event should be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, in-person registrations will be transferred to a future conference or refunded by request only; otherwise, in-person refunds will be automatically transferred to the virtual event.

Substitutions

Can’t attend? Someone from your facility can come in your place. Substitutions can be made free of charge; all subsequent substitutions will require a $50 substitution fee. All requests must be made in writing and sent via email to ASCA's Meetings Department.
