How many badges come with my exhibit space?
Each 10 x 10 exhibit space includes 1 Full Conference Registration and 3 Exhibit Hall only badges.
How can I purchase my electricity, furniture and carpet?

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
Taxi service is readily available and runs about $39 one way from Kissimmee Gateway Airport– ISM. The Orlando World Center Marriott & Convention Center does not offer an airport shuttle to and from the hotel.
How do I pick up my badge?
Pick up your badge at the Exhibitor & Sponsor Registration desk located adjacent to the Exhibit Hall in the hotel’s convention center. Each exhibit space comes with a set number of badges, but those making onsite changes and additions will be charged an administrative fee.
What should I wear?
Business casual dress is recommended. Orlando’s average weather ranges from 80-90 degrees during the day and 60-70 degrees at night.
What are the set up and teardown hours?
- Set Up: Tuesday, May 12 – 12pm to 5pm
- Wednesday, May 13 – 8am to 3pm
- Teardown: Friday, May 15 – 11:30am to 5pm

What happens if I teardown early?
Any exhibitor who chooses to dismantle outside of the dedicated tear down times will be prohibited from signing up for exhibit space at next year’s meeting until 30 days from the meeting date.
