How many badges come with my exhibit space?

Each 10' x 10' exhibit space includes 1 Full Conference Registration and 3 Exhibit Hall only badges. Sponsors will receive additional Full Conference Registrations based on their level of support.

How can I purchase my electricity, furniture and carpet?

Download the Exhibitor Service Kit for further information on exhibit hall drawings, lead retrieval, carpeting, booth furnishings, electricity, and shipping guidelines.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

Gaylord National is just a 15-minute drive from Reagan National Airport and a 45-minute drive from both Dulles International and Baltimore Washington International Airports. The Gaylord National offers shuttle service to all three airports. Reagan National ticket prices are $18 one way, $33 per person pre-paid round trip and $85 for exclusive van service. Ticket prices to Dulles International and Baltimore Washington International $45 per passenger or $125 exclusive van. To make your shuttle reservation, call 1.800.660.8000, visit online at www.supershuttle.com.

How much is parking at the hotel?

On-site parking is $8/hour and $26/day. Valet parking is $39/day.

How do I pick up my badge?

Pick up your badge at the Exhibitor & Sponsor Registration desk located adjacent to the Exhibit Hall in the hotel’s convention center. Each exhibit space comes with a set number of badges, but those making onsite changes and additions will be charged an administrative fee.

What should I wear?

Business casual dress is recommended. Washington, DC’s average weather ranges from 70-80 degrees during the day and 50-60 degrees at night.

What are the set up and teardown hours?

Set Up:	Tuesday, May 2 12pm to 5pm

What happens if I teardown early?

Any exhibitor who chooses to dismantle outside of the dedicated tear down times will be prohibited from signing up for exhibit space at next year’s meeting until 30 days from the meeting date.
