I do pain management only in our facility. When I first found out 50ml omnipaque is cheaper than 10ml one, I joined the society so that I can purchased the product. After discussing with my nursing supervisor and administrator, we all feel horrible by discarding the rest of the bottle into our environment. We did not feel comfortable in doing this kind of practice. Therefore we are still using the 10ml one. There is no multiple user available. You and I are caught in the hard place.
