I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share the center's bereavement policy.
Our policy was to grant 3 days off for deaths of spouse, parents, grandparents or siblings.
I am finding that there are lots of questions that arise such as inlaws, half siblings, step parents, etc.
Any suggestions?
