Accreditation and Medicare standards are the same across the board for both the largest and smallest ASCs. Developing a meaningful quality improvement program can be challenging, especially in smaller centers with fewer employees. This presentation will review a back-to-basics approach and system for collecting the data needed to drive the program. This system ensures a robust program, no matter the size of the ASC. Using this approach fosters "buy-in" from staff and motivates their participation.
