Bio

Nursing for some is a job, for others it is a career, and for a select few it is a calling. I was meant to be a nurse. I love caring for my patients. I feel the most important quality anyone in healthcare can possess is integrity, and I pride myself on my integrity. Nursing leadership is finding that balance within yourself of providing quality nursing heart with a business mind. The nursing provided extends beyond the patients that you care for into the physicians, staff, and community you work in while maintaining a profitable center for the investors.
I am an honest, compassionate nursing leader that works hard everyday to live my values. I have a strong base in surgical center best practice with Joint Commission Survey readiness and incredible patient care. I feel the true test of a good leader is to be a great follower, and I work well in situations where collaboration is required between an administrative team and clinical team. I am open to opportunities that allow me to use my strengths while allowing me to grow with an incredible, fun team of amazing people.
Ambulatory surgical centers have the opportunity everyday to offer the best place to work, cost effective health care, and most importantly an above average experience to our patients. I am proud to be part of the ASC world.
