ASCA submitted the attached comments in response to the 2020 aggregate production quotas on certain controlled substances proposed by the US Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). Of note, the DEA proposes to reduce production quotas for fentanyl, hydrocodone, hydromorphone, oxycodone and oxymorphone.
