CY 2024 OPPS/ASC Proposed Rule

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has released the CY 2024 proposed payment rule for ASCs and hospital outpatient departments (HOPD). According to the proposed rule, ASCs would get an effective update of 2.8 percent.
