With Hurricane Florence expected to affect or strike the South Carolina coast as a category 4 hurricane, South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster declared a State of Emergency in the state and issued an executive order calling for the mandatory medical evacuation of healthcare facilities, including ambulatory surgery centers, effective as of 1:00 pm, Monday, September 10, 2018.
