The guidance for "up to date" is located on page 2 of 4 in this PDF: https://www.cdc.gov/nhsn/pdfs/hps/covidvax/UpToDateGuidance-May2022-508.pdf

This is for ASC-20 reporting, and is separate and distinct from the CMS mandate.
