The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recently announced Changes to the Healthcare Personnel Component COVID-19 Vaccination Forms following the National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) May 2022 release. These changes impact data collection and reporting for ASC-20: COVID-19 Vaccination Coverage Among Health Care Personnel.

This is for ASC-20 reporting, and is separate and distinct from the CMS mandate.
