After deployment of the May 2022 release, the National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) Vaccination Team discovered an issue related to modifying existing vaccination records in the Healthcare Personnel Safety (HPS) Component. According to the attached follow-up communication sent to facilities by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), at this time, you should not make any modifications to previously entered data until this issue has been resolved. Users can continue to enter new COVID-19 vaccination data using the data collection form or via .CSV upload. The CDC will send notice in the coming days to let users know when the issue is resolved and data modification can resume.
