Through December 1, refunds will be given minus a $150 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after December 1. If you registered as part of a group and the entire group must cancel, one cancellation request per individual is required.
Can’t attend? Someone from your facility can come in your place. Substitutions can be made free of charge for your initial substitution and $50 for each additional. All requests must be made in writing and sent via email to ASCA's Meetings Department.
