Debbie Mack has over 35 years of healthcare experience, most recently a senior level executive in an ASC management company. She has worked in the ASC industry in California since 1993 and served on the Board of the California Ambulatory Surgery Association since 2003; including Past President. She continues to date to serve on the legislative, education, and benchmarking committees.
Her career began as an RN working in the Operating Room which was the foundation to further her career as a surgery center Administrator and then as a VP of Operations for an ASC and surgical hospital management company. As a senior level executive with solid clinical leadership in surgery centers, she believes in ASC’s creating and maintaining a robust quality improvement program to better serve our community. She is passionate about surgery centers quality and regulatory compliance with clinical operations including infection control.
Debbie retired from the management company in 2014 to assist surgery centers in the area of Quality and Risk, hence developing an independent healthcare consulting company to provide those services to the ASC’s of California.
