On Oct. 12, 2016 HealthCrest Surgical Partners Purchased The Surgery Center Company (Foundation Surgery Affiliates) from Foundation HealthCare. Rob moved with the new company and is still the acting VP of Development for HealthCrest Surgical Partners.
Robert (Rob) was named vice president of ASC development in August 2011. He has over 28 years of success and accomplishment in all areas of sales and development. His current responsibilities include providing strategic guidance to the promotion of Foundation Surgery Affiliates through acquisition of Ambulatory Surgical Centers, physician recruitment, marketing and advertising, growth of existing ASC facilities, and locating new service lines. He also hires and trains physician liaisons in the field, and supports organic growth, and facility development.
Following the merger with Graymark Healthcare in 2013, Rob was also instrumental for all organic growth at Foundation HealthCare hospitals, as well as referrals to physician partners and ancillary services. Rob recruited physicians and family practice doctors, and helped facilitates their needs at Foundation hospitals. He hired, trained and supervised seven physician liaisons in the field. His role also included locating and helping support the acquisition of ancillary services such as ASCs, imaging, physical therapy and wound care.
Rob specializes in sales, sales training, sales development, call center management and training, account management, acquisition, physician recruitment, negotiation, sales department management and training, as well as corporate growth.
