General Rules

For purposes of these Official Rules, the “official game system” means the online game platform used by ASCA to administer the game and record scores, completion times, and other game results.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase or payment of money is necessary to enter. To play the game, fill out the required information on the Member Appreciation Week website. This game is online only, and your name and email address are required for entry.

ELIGIBILITY

The game is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Canada, except Quebec, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Players must also be employed by a facility or organization that maintains an active ASCA membership at the time of entry. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by federal, state or local laws. Employees and the immediate family members of employees of ASCA and its affiliates (agencies, cooperating advertisers, etc.) are ineligible.

LIMIT OF ONE (1) GAME PRIZE PER PERSON DURING MEMBER APPRECIATION WEEK

Each participant is eligible to receive only one (1) game prize during Member Appreciation Week, regardless of the number of games played or entries submitted. Winning a game prize does not affect a participant’s eligibility for the Grand Prize Drawing. If a participant would otherwise be entitled to receive more than one (1) game prize during Member Appreciation Week, only the first game prize for which that participant is confirmed as a winner by ASCA will be awarded. Any additional game prize(s) will be forfeited and awarded to the next highest-ranked eligible participant for the applicable game.

VERIFICATION OF WINNERS

All potential winning entrants are subject to verification by ASCA, whose decisions are final and binding. A participant is not deemed a winner until eligibility has been verified and ASCA has provided official notification that the participant has been confirmed as a winner. ASCA will not accept screenshots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

ASCA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the game should a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, technical failure or any other factor beyond ASCA’s reasonable control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the game. ASCA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual determined to be tampering with the entry process or operation of this game, acting in violation of these official rules or any other ASCA rules, or behaving in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage ASCA’s website or undermine the legitimate operation of this game may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, ASCA and Promoters reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. ASCA’s failure to enforce any term of these official rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

DATA COLLECTION

By entering this game, each entrant expressly consents to ASCA and/or its representatives storing, sharing and using personal information submitted with the entry only for administering the game and in accordance with ASCA’s Privacy Policy.

WINNERS LIST

Winners will be posted on ASCA’s Member Appreciation Week website.

DAMAGES

Player expressly understands and agrees that ASCA will not be liable for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, punitive, actual, consequential, incidental, special, exempt or otherwise) resulting from any use of, or inability to use, this website, or from any errors or omissions in the content of this website, regardless of the basis upon which liability is claimed, even if ASCA has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

“Ready for our Orlando challenge?” Trivia
  1. MULTIPLE PLAYS PERMITTED DURING THE GAME PERIOD. Participants may play the game multiple times during the game period; however, only one (1) official entry per person will be recorded for winner determination, and only the participant’s single best qualifying result will be considered. A participant is entered into the game when the required contact information is submitted and the game is completed for the first time. Additional plays do not create additional entries.

BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY AND PROVIDING YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR NAME AND ENTRY MAY BE POSTED ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND/OR ASCA’S WEBSITE, WHERE IT MAY BE VIEWED, SHARED (BY USERS OF SOCIAL MEDIA AND VARIOUS OTHER INTERNET-BASED SITES) AND COMMENTED ON BY ASCA AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

  2. GAME PERIOD. This game begins August 3, 2026, 7:00 a.m. ET, and ends August 3, 2026, 11:59 p.m. ET.

  3. WINNER DETERMINATION. Participants may play the game multiple times during the game period. Only each participant’s single best qualifying result will be considered for winner selection. A participant’s best qualifying result is the attempt with the highest number of correct answers (“score”). If a participant achieves the same highest score on more than one attempt, only the fastest completion time among those attempts will be used. If two (2) or more eligible participants achieve the same highest score, the participant with the fastest completion time will receive the higher ranking. If a tie still exists after comparing completion times, the participant whose qualifying attempt was completed first will receive the higher ranking. If a tie still remains, ASCA will conduct a random drawing from among the tied participants. ASCA’s determination of scores, completion times, rankings, and qualifying results, as recorded by the official game system, is final and binding.

  4. OFFICIAL TIMING. Completion time will be measured by the official game system beginning when the participant selects “Begin Challenge” and ending when the quiz is completed and submitted. Completion time includes all time elapsed after selecting “Begin Challenge,” including the time required to enter the participant’s name, company, and email address before beginning the quiz. Incomplete or abandoned attempts will not constitute a qualifying result. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a reliable internet connection and compatible device. ASCA is not responsible for page refreshes, browser closures, accidental navigation away from the game, connectivity interruptions, session timeouts, browser crashes, device malfunctions, or other technical issues that may affect a participant’s score or completion time. The official game system is the sole determinant of all scores and completion times.

  5. PRIZES. Five (5) $10 gift cards will be awarded. The total retail value of the prizes is approximately $50. The five (5) highest-ranked eligible participants, as determined under the Winner Determination section, will each receive one (1) $10 gift card. All prizes will be awarded after the conclusion of the game period. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitutions will be permitted except at ASCA’s sole discretion. ASCA reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

  6. WINNER SELECTION. At approximately 9:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, or as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable, following the conclusion of the game period, ASCA will review all eligible game results and determine the five (5) highest-ranked participants in accordance with the Winner Determination section.

Each selected participant will be notified by email and must respond within one (1) business day of notification and provide any requested contact information. If a selected participant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within one (1) business day, or is determined to be ineligible, that participant will forfeit the prize, and ASCA reserves the right to award the prize to the next highest-ranked eligible participant.
