Member Appreciation Week 2025: A Week to Remember

This year’s Member Appreciation Week was built around one idea: the Heart of ASCA. Each day, we celebrated by highlighting the people, values and resources that make our ASC community so strong.

The Heart of Healthcare

We opened the week by honoring the safe, high-quality, cost-effective care that ASCs deliver every day. At the center of healthcare are our members.

The Heart of Community

We spotlighted connections that bring us together through Member Spotlights and ASCA Connect, and we even opened early registration for the ASCA 2026 Conference & Expo in Washington, DC at a special Member Appreciation Week rate—a perfect opportunity to plan ahead and connect in person.

The Heart of Excellence

We announced one of the most exciting membership enhancements yet:

• The ASCA 2026 Clinical & Operational Benchmarking Survey will be included with your 2026 membership. This essential tool allows your ASC to track KPIs, compare outcomes with national data and identify opportunities for improvement at no extra cost.

The Heart Behind the Advocacy

We encouraged members to take part in advocacy efforts—hosting facility tours, joining National Advocacy Month, writing to legislators and staying connected through ASCA’s Government Affairs Update. Your voice is essential in shaping the policies that impact ASCs nationwide.

Heartfelt Thanks to You

We closed the week by celebrating our members—with gratitude and a reminder that there are many ways to stay involved. From volunteering on a committee or running for the Board, to participating in Member Focus, your engagement strengthens ASCA and the entire ASC community.

Games, Prizes and Fun

Throughout the week, members joined in the fun with the Slot Machine, Match Madness and the Washington, DC Quiz—celebrating our ASCA 2026 host city.

Daily prizes included ASCA Yetis, gift cards, conference registrations and gift baskets. The celebration will continue with our Grand Prize Drawing winners announced on Wednesday, September 3.

ASCA Staff Summer Playlist

We also shared our staff’s favorite tunes with the ASCA Summer Playlist on Spotify—a little music to bring us all together.

Looking Ahead

• Membership renewals open in September. Renew early to ensure uninterrupted access to your benefits—including ASCA’s Benchmarking Survey and virtual education.
• Membership packets with 2026 certificates will be mailed in January to ASCs that renew on or before December 31, 2025.

At every step, Member Appreciation Week reminded us that the heart of ASCA is our members.
