Scammers frequently target our exhibitor list by falsely claiming to be associated with ASCA. The following companies are officially supporting ASCA + SAMBA 2026: Freeman (Exhibitor Services) and Cvent (Lead Retrieval & Mobile App). ASCA does not have a housing/booking company. Reservations need to be made directly with the Gaylord National through the hotel link on the conference website (coming soon).
