Additionally, you can log into the Exhibitor Portal to ensure your company’s logo and information are correctly displayed both onsite and on our mobile app. Don’t forget to register your booth staff through the portal. You will gain access to the Exhibitor Portal once your company has purchased an exhibit booth for the ASCA 2025 Conference & Expo.

ASCA has secured discounted rates at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center for conference attendees and exhibitors.

How many badges come with my exhibit space?

Each 10' x 10' exhibit space includes four Full Conference Registrations. Sponsors will receive additional Full Conference Registrations based on their level of support.

Visit the ASCA 2025 Exhibitor & Sponsor Portal to register booth personnel.

A full conference registration provides your attendee(s) with access to obtain CEUs for any education sessions they attend. We also ask that those registered with an Exhibitor registration give seating priority to ASCA 2025 attendees.

How can I purchase lead retrieval for exhibit booth personnel?

Pre-sales are available through February 21, 2025 via our secure online form. Only a limited number of new device rentals will be available onsite.

What happens if I tear down early?

Any exhibitor who chooses to dismantle outside of the dedicated teardown times will be prohibited from signing up for exhibit space at next year’s conference until 30 days from the conference date.

How do I pick up my badge?

Pick up your badge at the registration desk. Each exhibit space comes with a set number of badges. If you need to make changes and/or additions on-site, you will be charged an administrative fee.
