Registration for the ASCA Conference & Expo is open to individuals who work in, represent or support ASCs. This includes ASCA members, nonmember facility staff and others attending on behalf of an eligible organization. Manufacturer and vendor representatives do not qualify for attendee registration and must be an exhibitor or sponsor to attend.
ASCA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration that does not meet eligibility requirements. All cancellations are subject to a $395 processing fee. ASCA will not be responsible for any outside costs or fees associated with such cancellations.

Special Offers/Discount Codes
Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Discounts may not be applied to prior purchases. Refunds will not be provided for existing registrations seeking to use a discount code.
Family/guest registration is limited to family members or personal guests of full conference registrants. This registration category is not available to anyone involved in healthcare. Employees of ASCs, prospective member facilities, affiliate or prospective affiliate companies, or any other organizations connected to healthcare are not eligible for this category.
The family/guest registration fee includes access to:
- The expo hall, including the Wednesday and Thursday evening receptions
- Wellness events
- Continental breakfasts
- Thursday and Friday lunches
- The Friday evening social event
ASCA reserves the right to review all family/guest registrations for eligibility. Registrants who do not meet these criteria will be required to register at the appropriate rate or will receive a refund minus a $155 processing fee.
If you are unable to attend, another individual from your facility or organization can attend in your place. Substitutions will require a $75 substitution fee. All requests must be made in writing and sent via email to the ASCA Meetings Department at registration@ascassociation.org. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.
Badge sharing and splitting are strictly prohibited. All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet ASCA's eligibility policies. ASCA reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancellation. Please refer to the specific qualifications policy listed above.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the online registration cancellation form. Through March 9, 2027, attendee refunds will be given minus a $225 administrative fee. Guest refunds will be subject to a $125 administrative fee. All refunds due to registrant error will be subject to a fee of $155. No refunds will be issued for social event tickets. If you registered as part of a group and the entire group must cancel, one cancellation request per individual is required. No refunds will be given after March 9, 2027.
If the in-person event should be canceled by ASCA due to unforeseen circumstances, in-person registrations may be transferred to a future conference or refunded by request only. Otherwise, in-person registrations will be automatically transferred to the virtual event. ASCA is not responsible for covering airfare and other travels costs incurred by registrants.
