For those previously registered for the ASCA 2020 Conference & Expo in Orlando, FL
, the deadline for requesting a full refund of your registration fees or to transfer your registration to next year's conference was June 1, 2020.
For new registrations, refunds will be given minus a $100 administrative fee through June 1, 2020. No refunds will be given after June 1, 2020.
If you registered as part of a group with the multi-attendee discount, the refund will be made on the lowest registration fee paid minus the administrative fee. If the entire group must cancel, one cancellation request per person is required.
Can’t attend? Someone from your facility can come in your place. The first substitution will be made free of charge; all subsequent substitutions will require a $50 substitution fee. All requests must be made in writing and sent via email to ASCA's Meetings Department.
