Discounts

ASCA Member Discount

Become an ASCA member and save. ASCA members can take advantage of the lowest registration fees available. If your facility is not currently a member but would like to join to take advantage of the reduced fees, please join online today or contact ASCA's Membership Department for more information.

Multi-Attendee Discount

ASCA facility members that send more than one employee can enjoy additional savings! Pay full price for the first registrant, then receive a $100 discount for each additional registrant. This discount only applies to ASCA facility members. To receive the multi-attendee discount, all registrants must be employed by the same ASC, use the same address, register at the same time and pay with one credit card or check.


Cancellations/Substitutions

Cancellations

For those previously registered for the ASCA 2020 Conference & Expo in Orlando, FL, the deadline for requesting a full refund of your registration fees or to transfer your registration to next year's conference was June 1, 2020.

For new registrations, refunds will be given minus a $100 administrative fee through June 1, 2020. No refunds will be given after June 1, 2020.

If you registered as part of a group with the multi-attendee discount, the refund will be made on the lowest registration fee paid minus the administrative fee. If the entire group must cancel, one cancellation request per person is required. 

Substitutions

Can’t attend? Someone from your facility can come in your place. The first substitution will be made free of charge; all subsequent substitutions will require a $50 substitution fee. All requests must be made in writing and sent via email to ASCA's Meetings Department.
